In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kiosk, handling cash transactions, and assisting with food preparation when needed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers at our kiosks, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized kiosk, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation to meet high standards of quality.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic food handling and safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as needed.
