📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform income audit and cost control activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP and Oracle, providing insights for decision-making.
• Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial accounting modules.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in CPA (preferred but not mandatory).
