📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute dealer events, including promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue high-potential leads.
• Create and maintain promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive promotions, sales, or customer engagement.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing dealer events and promotions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
