In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

As an Accounting Specialist (Transformation), you will work closely with our finance team to implement new accounting systems and processes. You will leverage your expertise in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to streamline our financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Work with the finance team to implement new accounting systems and processes.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
