📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using John Deere Service Information System (JSIS) and John Deere Diagnostic Tool (JDT).
• Inspect and replace worn or damaged parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest John Deere technology and best practices.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and post-repair tests to ensure equipment is in working order.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in John Deere equipment, including tractors, combines, and harvesters.
• Familiarity with John Deere Service Information System (JSIS) and John Deere Diagnostic Tool (JDT).
• Valid John Deere certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
