📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform PCBA soldering with precision using soldering irons and solder paste.
• Debug and troubleshoot electronic assemblies using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ensure the quality and performance of electronic components through rigorous testing and inspection.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve and develop electronic products.
• Document and maintain detailed records of soldering processes and troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics technology and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA soldering and debugging.
• Proven expertise in soldering techniques, including hand soldering and reflow soldering.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and PCB design.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification in electronics or a related field is a plus.
