📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines to ensure high-quality production.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Prepare and clean printing plates and cylinders to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of the printing machines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Flexo Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of flexographic printing processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
