Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for content distribution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
