📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is preferred.
