🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
