We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve our company's sales targets and marketing objectives. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve company sales targets and marketing objectives.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure mutual success.,Conduct training and development activities to enhance the skills and performance of the team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
