📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Inspect vehicles to identify any issues or needed repairs.,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to ensure high standards of work are maintained.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and vehicle history.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles.,In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Certification in automotive repair or related field is a plus.
