As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing, and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management, and apply them to improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
