📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance.,Drive sales and implement marketing strategies to increase customer footfall.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development.,Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.,Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
