Design, develop, and deliver training programs to our employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs,Make recommendations for improvement to our training programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business goals,Maintain accurate records of all training activities,Provide feedback to employees on their performance in training programs,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training theories and methodologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
