Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Identify training needs and design training materials.Deliver training sessions and workshops.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Provide feedback and support to employees.Collaborate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.Maintain and update training records.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
