📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and motivation.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports industry.,Proven track record of managing retail operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sports.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
