📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide Level 2 network support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues.,Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.,Conduct regular network audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports for future reference.,Provide training and support to junior network engineers and IT staff as needed.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network support coverage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Level 2 support.,In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VPNs.,Hands-on experience with network devices from various vendors, such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.,Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.,Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or Bash, for network automation and monitoring.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
