📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure they meet performance standards.,Evaluate training materials and make recommendations for improvement.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants.,Collaborate with the training department to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and education.,Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.,Provide excellent customer service to participants and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and instruction.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong mentoring and coaching skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training and learning management systems.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
