Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.,Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures.,Monitor the quality of work performed by the housekeeping team and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.,Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff alike.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the property is compliant with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
