📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.,Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
