Indonesia Electronics is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our warehouse operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.,Process and manage purchase orders and receipts.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the organization and storage of inventory in the warehouse.,Provide reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.,Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
