PT Melati Kencana is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our company. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about logistics and fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Oversee the procurement and management of vehicle insurance and related documentation.,Handle vehicle repairs and maintenance, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation.,Provide regular reports on fleet status, usage, and performance to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
