Prime Diamond Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily retail operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales reporting.,Train and mentor junior shop assistants to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Promote products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling to increase sales revenue.,Monitor sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Assist in the organization of sales events, promotions, and displays to attract customers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
