📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
