The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate vehicle schedules, routes, and drivers to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support and training to drivers as needed.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Report on fleet performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
