📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Contact debtors via phone, email, or in-person to negotiate payment plans or settlements.
• Document all communication and collection activities using our in-house CRM system.
• Follow up on outstanding debts and track recovery progress.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve complex debt cases.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in debt collection.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and recovery rates.
• Train and mentor junior collectors to maintain high standards.
• Adapt to changing market conditions and adjust collection strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related roles.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Understanding of Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
