📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Support the IT team in training and development activities.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
