📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting solutions to potential clients.,Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong presentation and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
